Have you later found that the products were poor quality, broke or snapped into pieces which caused or could had have caused an injury such as being consumed (eaten or drank), or cause or could have caused cuts or facial injuries? 

Were you provided a warning when you purchased the products that they were not to be used in a dishwasher or microwave, or to hold hot water?

Did the products claim to be dishwasher safe, and you later found them to break after washing them?
