BMW Financial Services End of Lease Charges

BMW OWNER OR LEASEE?

BMW END OF LEASE CHARGES?

Did Your BMW Tires Wear Out Faster Than 50,000 Miles?

For Lessees

Have you leased a BMW vehicle from BMW Financial Services and discovered at the end of the lease that your tires, brakes, pads, sensors, fabric, and almost all other "wear and tear" items were deemed unacceptable, resulting in a huge bill? Even though you used the car properly and the equipment was under the stated warranty or claimed useful life? If so, you might have been taken advantage of.

Tire Issues  Did Your BMW Tires Wear Out Faster Than 50,000 Miles?

If you have been or are currently an owner or lessee of a BMW, and your tire tread wore out much faster than expected, we want to hear from you. You may have been sold tires designed to wear out quickly, affecting the gas mileage promised on the car's sticker, and you may be due compensation.

We are investigating tire issues, tire durability mileage issues, warranty issues, and wear and tear issues where consumers are being charged millions of dollars a year for products that should not have worn out. This includes brakes and tires, often costing around $2K each. We aim to help you get your money back and prevent this from happening to others. Additionally, we are working with the National Highway Transportation Safety Association (NHTSA) to investigate mileage discrepancies on BMW vehicles, which could affect your charges, warranty, insurance, costs, and fees.

If you have experienced any of the above issues, please fill out the form below.
